Photo Friday #105: vacaciones de verano

Hey, so. Turns out... I’ve been in Mexico. Surprise!

All last week, when I was going on about our wedding and our anniversary... I was in Mexico. Earlier this week when I was chatting about chicken sandwiches... Mexico. I went for a work conference, then Mr. P joined me afterwards to turn it into a vacation. In Mexico! (I’m still excited about it. I’d never been to Mexico.)

I kept the blog rolling while I was gone because, well, it’s what I do. But now that I’m back? It’s time for a second vacation... from the blog. Well, more accurately, on the blog. Rather than do a big recap post of our Mexican adventures (or lack thereof), I’m going to chill and spread it out, one photo post per day. That means a break from DIY, from recipes, from projects. It’s a much-needed, fairly-deserved, all-pretty-picture blog vacation.

Summer vacation (a.k.a. vacaciones de verano) will start next week and run for a couple of weeks, so please don’t antsy for the content-heavy posts. They’ll be back, but for now, it’s summer vacation, y’all! Let’s all put up our feet, pour a chilled glass of wine, and relax.

Did they have guaro sours IN MEXICO?

@Christal, I completely forgot to order one! I did drink several mojitos, though, and they were decidedly NOT made with Mountain Dew.

imagine that. But maybe they weren't Michelle's Patented 2:1 ratio either...
