DIY: printable Christmas gift tags

Yesterday I showed you our brown paper packages tied up with string. And I told you how much I love them. I love them! I. LOVE. THEM.

Part of the reason I love them so much (SO MUCH) is the gift tags. I actually designed my own from scratch this year and, for once, I’m pretty pleased with the end result.

Please note that, for all my Photoshop and Illustrator skills (which I have because my very-much-not-a-graphic-designer job requires them), I am actually not very good at the designing part of, well, designing. I’m really only good at execution. So, again, I need to give full credit to this source for the style inspiration and phrasing ideas!

Now, if you like what I came up with, by all means, design your own (if you write about them, I’d love a link back). Or, you can just have THESE. That’s right, a DIY for me means a DIY for you!

Printable sheets of blank gift tags for you! Unless you and your spouse share my and Mr. P’s names, in which case I suppose the first images would work for you?

Here are links to the full-size images:

Merry Christmas
Joy to You
Given with Love

Just save the image and it should print out (approximately) full-size on an 8.5x11 piece of paper. Use cardstock for extra weight and durability! You can also resize the images if they’re too big as-is.

Enjoy, dear readers! At least, as much as you can enjoy cutting out circles and wrapping a bazillion presents. Believe me, if I could somehow offer you downloadable wine to drink while conquering your gift-wrapping, I would!
